Finance and Development Analyst - North York, Canada - Highrise Developer

Description

As a Finance and Development Analyst, you will:

• Research and analyze real estate and land development opportunities
• Prepare and maintain Excel models for asset valuations, financial modeling, and sensitivity analysis for acquisitions and investments
• Compile and consolidate data and maintain records for projects at various stages of the development life

- cycle for the purposes of internal and external reporting

• Perform relevant market research and assist with activities related to equity and debt raising
• Assist in reviewing legal documents such as loan agreements and partnership contracts

As a Finance and Development Analyst, your prerequisite skills are:

• Undergraduate degree required, preferably in Finance, Commerce or Economics
• Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
• The ability to work well with others in a fastpaced, dynamic, collaborative and entrepreneurial environment
• Excellent analytical skills with strong attention to detail
• Previous experience in real estate or investment banking
• Proficiency in English, including strong writing skills
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact efficiently at all levels of the organization

Full time in office 9-5pm near Bathurst and Lawrence

Salary 75-85k

$75,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
