Breakaway Landscaping is a mid-sized landscape company in Mississauga that has been providing residential and commercial design, build, and maintenance services since 2006.

We strive to create beautiful outdoor spaces for our clients that exceed their expectations. We service the West end of the GTA (Etobicoke-Burlington).

We are looking for experienced, hardworking, and customer-oriented individuals to join our rapidly growing team.

Requirements:

• 2 years' experience with hands on landscape construction techniques including interlock paver installation, excavation, grading and material relocation
• Crew leaders (foreperson), work alongside crew members in completing all landscaping installations
• Assign tasks and duties to crew members based on work schedules
• Keep crew members on task
• Complete timesheets & inspect the quality of work to ensure job requirements are met
• Instruct crew members on proper work standards
• Excellent communication skills with customers and crew members to resolve issues or answer questions
• Ability to review and understand site landscape design layouts and measurements for site preparation
• Setting and levelling grades for various hardscape installations.
• Excellent experience with hand tools & operating machinery (such as; skid steers, mini excavators, laser level, concrete saw, plate compactor etc.) to complete landscape projects
• Valid G license
• Reliability, respect, and punctuality for self and our team are nonnegotiable.

Salary:
$28.00-$35.00 per hour (based on experience)

• 10 hour shift

Landscaping - 2 years (preferred)
