- Experience in PLM requirement gathering and converting the same to functionalities in Teamcenter
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Teamcenter PLM customization, configuration, development, and solution mapping
- Strong command on development and coding, should have strong development skills.
- Understand the requirements and identify appropriate Polarion Template to define support Business requirement
- Leverage the MORE (Model, Organize, Reports and Enforce) Implementation Framework to drive the Polarion configurations, Reports and Security rules
- Work to define the Polarion configurations artifacts and their repository structure to deploy configurations in a consistent manner
- Define the Requirements import procedure from Word, Excel, and PDF leveraging Polarion supported Configuration/Extensions
- Define Library Management to store Requirements Templates for various GBEs in scope
- Configure the Polarion to Salesforce integration solution using publicly available Polarion extension
- Configure the Polarion PDF requirements import using publicly available DRIM extension
- Generic managerial skills, excellent communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills
