    The Product Owner owns the product / solution on behalf of Avanade, representing customer interests throughout the product / solution lifecycle. Incumbents in this job take a leadership role in defining the product / solution vision and driving scenario execution. The Product Owner is a tactical lead, driving key operational activities from definition to development of the production / solution. Incumbents in this job ensure the product/solution meets customer and market needs, and they develop and execute plans to drive those results. They work across functional teams to ensure success.   • Strong internal/external stakeholder interaction; includes Identifying and managing risks, navigating the client's organization, and providing creative solutions to a multitude of potential delivery challenges, escalating as required for prompt solution.
  • Experience in conducting primary and secondary research on markets including market segments, geographies, products in the banking industry.
  • Experience gathering requirements (from customers, other stakeholders) to build and guide project/product roadmaps, including use of requirements-gathering tools/technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to understand different business models and strategies
  • Clear and concise oral and written communication and experience working with, managing and influencing virtual teams, including off-shore
  • Knowledgeable about project/program financials (e.g., budgeting, assessing financial impact, working with financial analysts)
  • Experienced in Agile methodologies, adept at overseeing product development within Mainframe technology stacks.
  • Experienced leading a Pod of Scrum Master, BSA, software engineers and QE resources
  • Customer oriented attitude and excellent presentation skills
  • Skilled in interpersonal communication and negotiation
  • Deep experience in prioritizing features, creating epics
  • Experience shaping and developing a team
  • Lead a Pod of Scrum Master, BSA, software engineers and QE resources
  • Gather and synthesize feedback from various sources to inform product requirements and vision
  • Develop and communicate product / solution concept and prioritize requirements
  • Define and articulate scenarios to internal audiences and verify functionality and quality of product / solution releases
  • Maintain and update the product / solution vision, roadmap, and backlog of work throughout the project's life cycle
  • Manage product / solution release content and schedules and administer user acceptance testing as appropriate
