    Bilingual Customer Service Representative (Damage Insurance)

This is the job for you We are currently looking for (5) Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for one of our clients in the insurance industry.

    What is in it for you:


    • Annual salary ranging from $52.000 to $54.000.
    • Annual bonus aimed at achieving 5%, with a ceiling of 10%, based on employee and company performance.
    • Full-time permanent position: 37.50 hours per week.
    • Hybrid position with 2 days in-office in Chabanel.
    • Monday to Friday schedule from 9 am to 5 pm, one week per month from 12 pm to 8 pm.

    Responsibilities:


    • Understand clients' insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
    • Process quotes and underwrite auto and home insurance policies.
    • Advise new clients on auto and home insurance.
    • Update existing insurance policies for our clients, taking into account their evolving needs; propose new products if necessary.
    • Build customer loyalty by providing outstanding service.
    • Underwrite new business, append endorsements, and issue renewals by obtaining all necessary client information for pricing and risk analysis.
    • Stay informed about the latest production guidelines and regulatory obligations.
    What you will need to succeed:


    • University or college degree is a significant asset.
    • 1 year of sales and customer service experience (an asset).
    • Bilingual in English and French (spoken and written).
    • Customer-oriented mindset and ability to offer products tailored to their needs.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills.
    • Strong autonomy.
    • Ability to manage priorities.
    • Excellent computer skills to familiarize oneself with new applications.
