Description

Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
Take customer orders for beverages and deliver them promptly
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring customer satisfaction and addressing any concerns or issues
Prepare and serve alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including restocking supplies and cleaning glasses, utensils, and equipment
Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure the safety of customers
Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Experience:

Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is preferred
Knowledge of food preparation, food handling, and food safety practices
Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers
Familiarity with bartending techniques and drink recipes is a plus
