    The On Premise Territory Manager is responsible for growing Campari Canada's presence across the On Premise channel which includes, but not limited to, regional key accounts, mixology bars, casual & premium dining, and neighbourhood bars. The role is responsible for fostering and managing relationships with strategically aligned partners. It will be instrumental in developing programming and tools to help foster brand advocacy and win the drink preference within bartender/cocktail culture.

    Deliver increased share of voice in OP via visibility and menu placement with Campari strategic brands.

Current duties and responsibilities of the Territory Sales Manager – On Premise in Alberta include:


    • Be the lead contact and face of Campari Canada within the On Premise channel in the province of Alberta, with a primary focus on Calgary (although territory may stretch to include Banff and Edmonton).


    • Leverage shopper and channel insights to secure distribution for Campari Canada brands and signature cocktails.

    • Provide unique and compelling solutions to customers that drive foot traffic and profitability


    • Utilize local CRM tools to manage customer relationships, keeping key account contact information and portfolio status up to date.

    • Conduct on-site customer staff training and educational sessions, as well as incentive programs on a regular basis to ensure that all brands are on the forefront of the staff's mind within targeted establishments.


    • Act responsibly, always, concerning the consumption of any of Campari's portfolio of products and any forms of alcoholic beverages.


    • Identify new business opportunities that align with Campari On Premise strategy to maximize share of voice and visiblity within in assigned territory.


    • Assist in the development of consumer-facing On Premise programs and support tools.

    • Monitor and report competitive supplier or other brand building activity in assigned territory as a means to improve future Campari brand promotion / strategy in the On Premise channel and key accounts.


    • Work closely with key Mixologists and internal Trade Engagement team to reinforce Campari Canada's position as cocktailing experts, while developing/marketing unique cocktail solutions.


    • Utilize CRM tool to record meeting outcomes, objective tracking, data for fact based selling and engage in localized account surveys to build insights.


    • Conduct quarterly reviews with key accounts to manage volume and growth expectations.

    • Complete all administrative duties including budget assignment, expenses and updating ROI tools.


    • Analyze territory sales trends and programming calendar to create customized programming for partnership accounts.

    • Current and effective in market On Premise channel relationship and marketing understanding


    • Degree or diploma in business with a focus on sales or marketing


    • Smart Serve Program certificate (or equivalent) preferred


    • Strong account management and follow-up skills

    • Business financials and experience in managing a budget


    • Familiarity with product sales – ability to develop compelling selling stores to grow distribution and back bar placement.

    • Ability to analyze territory sales trends to gain key insight to drive sound business decisions.


    • Strong selling and negotiation skills.


    • Strong analytical skills, including quantitative analysis

    • Ability to prioritize and balance required tasks with sensitivity to time, resources, and budget


    • Strong presentation skills and the ability to develop meaningful customer partnership proposals

    • Uphold the qualities of high integrity and commitment, with a strong work ethic


    • Prioritize company goals and lives the Campari values

    • Demonstrate the ability to communicate positively and work effectively with others


    • Regular travel
