    DESCRIPTION
    The Senior Superintendent, CIPP is responsible for aiding in the coordination and planning of projects related to pipeline systems' rehabilitation using Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP). This role supports the execution of complex tasks in a dynamic work environment while fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment. The position is Toronto, Ontario-based.

    RESPONSIBILITIES
    • Maintain and promote a strong safety culture for all employees, vendors, and customers
    • Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities
    • Lead and manage on-site construction teams
    • Enforce quality control procedures
    • Develop and manage construction schedules
    • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors
    • Enforce safety regulations on-site
    • Act as a liaison between on-site personnel and project management
    • Upholding company culture and core values
    • Other duties as assigned
    REQUIREMENTS
    • More than 5 years of industry experience, CIPP experience preferred
    • Strong understanding of construction processes, codes, and regulations
    • Ability to interpret construction plans and specifications
    • Experience managing crews
    • Must possess a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

    • Effective problem-solving skills
    LANGUAGES
    • Must be able to communicate in English verbally and in written form
