EDUCATION:

Possess one of the following qualifications:
EDU1.

Hold a bachelor's degree in one of the following technical fields:

Civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, engineering technology or in a field related to the position to be staffed.

OR

Hold a Diploma of College Studies (DCS) in one of the following technical fields: Civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, engineering technology, or in a field related to the position being staffed.

Degree equivalency

EXPERIENCE:

EX1. Acceptable* experience in planning, validation of needs, management of corrective and/or preventive maintenance work;
EX2. Acceptable* experience in real property operations;
EX3. Experience in human resources management;

Ability to plan program of infrastructure projects, including cost assessments, timelines and prioritization of projects to be planned or underway.

A2. Ability to identify, analyze and define complex problems and situations in order to propose effective solutions.

Ability to establish and maintain fruitful professional relationships with a wide variety of technical or other stakeholders, such as client and external agencies.

A4.

Ability to lead working groups with representation of stakeholders from diverse backgrounds to examine a particular issue, engage stakeholders, and build consensus.
