Description

We are seeking a talented Pastry Cook to join our team. The Pastry Cook will be responsible for creating and baking a variety of desserts, pastries, and other baked goods. The position reports directly to the Executive Chef and Executive Pastry Chef.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the creation and baking of various pastries, cakes, and desserts
Follow recipes and instructions perfectly to ensure consistency and quality
Ensure that all baked goods are of the highest quality and presentation
Help maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist in ordering supplies and maintaining inventory
Work effectively in a teamoriented environment

Requirements:

A passion for pastry and baking
Formal culinary training or equivalent work experience
Ability to follow both instructions and recipes perfectly to ensure consistency and quality
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a teamoriented environment
Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
