UW Mississauga is looking for a Customer Service Sales Assistant to take on the responsibility of creating and maintaining lines of communication with our customers.

They will provide product and service information, fulfill order requests, resolve any emerging problems, and act as a liaison on behalf of our client.

The primary objective of the Customer Service Sales Assistant is to drive performance improvements, brand recognition, and brand loyalty.

As a Customer Service Sales Assistant, you are a vital player in scaling the growth of our client and creating memorable, long lasting impressions for the customer.


Customer Service Sales Assistant Responsibilities:


  • Work with customers daily to provide product and service information, address and resolve concerns, and process order requests and escalations.
  • Document all customer activities, resolutions, requests, and complaints in our CRM software.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust amongst customers through open and interactive conversations.
  • Interpret customer needs utilizing consultative and active listening skills to provide tailored product/service recommendations that best suit their lifestyle.
  • Manage customer complaints with ease and efficiency, provide effective solutions, and escalate to necessary departments to ensure a prompt resolution.
  • Meet with Senior Leadership to evaluate progress, set goals, and maintain a high level of performance.
  • Go the extra mile to engage and support customers.

Customer Service Sales Assistant Requirements:


  • At least 12 years of proven Customer Service, Customer Support, or Sales Experience
  • Track record of highlevel performance and an intense desire for growth and advancement
  • Possess a confident attitude and strong communication and presentation skills
  • Empathetic demeanor and passion for working and helping people in an individual or team setting
  • Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently in a fastpaced, entrepreneurial environment

Salary:
$700.00-$1,000.00 per week

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Mississauga, ON L5T 2K6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Secondary School (preferred)
