    Job Overview:


    We are seeking a skilled Screed Operator to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our crew, you will play a vital role in various paving projects across Alberta, ensuring top-tier safety standards and smooth operations.

    Key Responsibilities:



    • Operate the screed with precision, maintaining high-quality workmanship.

    • Maintain safe working conditions, adhering to established protocols for equipment operation and regular maintenance.

    • Collaborate effectively with other crew members to ensure efficient paving operations.

    • Evaluate project specifications, setting accurate angle and depth for the screed while verifying required asphalt quantities.

    • Achieve uniform distribution of asphalt material across road surfaces through diligent effort.

    The successful candidate will possess strong mechanical aptitude, excellent troubleshooting skills, and physical stamina capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. A valid driver's license is also required.
    The selected individual must undergo pre-employment drug testing as part of the hiring process.
