We are looking for a skilled Fiberglass Technician to fill a full-time/ role with a reputable company in Delaware. Please see below for details and requirements.

Fiber Glass Technician Roles and Responsibilities: - Uses Hand Tools and Machinery to manufacture and manipulate fiberglass parts and molds

• Read and follow blueprints to meet the product specifications
• Physical labor involved
• Perform and preventative maintenance on the tools and equipment
• Must be able to lift 50lbs

Communicate effectively with everyone within the organization

Above minimum wage rate to start. PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE AND SKILL


Responsibilities:

• Spray fiberglass
• Handle and prepare materials for fiberglass spraying process
• Use precision measuring instruments to ensure accurate dimensions
• Utilize hand tools and equipment such as hand sanders, palm sanders, angle grinders
• Fabricate and assemble fiberglass components according to specifications
• Perform basic mathematical calculations for measuring and cutting materials
• Operate air gun equipment for finishing fiberglass products
• Follow lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency

Experience:

• Previous experience in fiberglass lamination or a related field is preferred
• Knowledge of auto painting techniques is a plus
• Familiarity with using hand tools and precision measuring instruments
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or technical drawings

Salary:
$20.00-$28.00 per hour
