- Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the hotel's facilities are in good working condition.
- Conduct interior and exterior painting and wallpapering as needed.
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform general repairs and maintenance to plumbing, electrical equipment, and mechanical equipment.
- Assist with snow removal and other outdoor maintenance tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in maintenance.
- Experience in a hospitality environment an asset.
- Experience with painting, wallpapering, and large snow removal equipment a must.
- Ability to troubleshoot maintenance issues.
- General mechanical and technical knowledge.
- Valid G driver's license.
- Ability to work weekend and afternoon shifts.
