Description
IT Support Supervisor role:
- Sense of urgency. Understand how to prioritize tasks and requests based on timelines and customer service delivery expectations from clients. Will take urgency to heart and be able to guide the team to identify and complete pressing tasks as priority.
- Organization. The ability to stay organized as tasks and requests continue to build up. Ensures the team follows through for each request and no tasks are forgotten due to busy workloads or lower importance.
- IT Knowledge. Have 2nd level helpdesk experience to assist with technical escalations when required.
- Microsoft 365 administration: Azure AD, Microsoft InTune Endpoint management
- Understanding of basic network configurations: DHCP, DNS, basic router configuration
- Leadership. Be the glue that keeps the team together with positive morale and moving forward on the aspects listed above. The goal of this role is to ensure the customer service delivery of the helpdesk team and ensure the team attends to client requests in a timely and professional manner.

Salary:
$3,800.00-$4,600.00 per month
