Appointment Setter Job Summary
Appointment Setter Duties and Responsibilities
- Initiate relationships with new prospects.
- Educate prospect regarding various business services available to them.
- Qualify potential prospects.
- Create and book appointments with senior consultants.
- Followup with old and new prospects.
- Keep accurate records of calls made.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records of appointments and client information.
- Uphold strict confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and staff.
Appointment Setter Requirements and Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior sales experience preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
- Highly organized multitasker who works well in a fastpaced environment.
- Excellent time management and communication skills both written and verbal.
- Willingness to learn and to grow with the company.
- Keen attention to details
