Job Summary:

Your role:


  • Develops Informatica Cloud IDMC mappings and mapping tasks using ODBC and API based data integration and design task flows to support all integration scenarios.
  • Performs the translation of functional specifications into detailed technical systems designs.
  • Develop integration standards and corporate best practice guidance for the City; provide direction to project teams for development of technical specifications.
  • Act as project manager for certain largerscale integration initiatives, leading crossfunctional teams to accomplish desired outcome; includes authoring of project charter and plan, generating project status, time, and expense reports, managing and documenting project risks, communicating with stakeholders and managing any vendor contracts associated with the project.
  • Communicate with Informatica Global support and perform troubleshooting using IDMC framework.
  • Develop documentation for standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, etc. and develop training sessions or other communication channels to skill up the broader IT team.
  • Investigate and resolve issues with existing integration workflows and develop documentation for current and future integrations, including field mappings, transformation rules, flow diagrams, and training materials.
  • Be available for oncall rotation for afterhour emergency situations to uphold business continuity service standards.
  • Perform other tasks related to Master Data Management and Data Integration, as required.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.

Qualifications:


  • Knowledge and experience in working with (both defining & building) APIs.
  • Knowledge of system integration architectures with JD Edwards Enterprise One or Maximo is preferred.
  • Knowledge of Spatial Data Management and building Spatial Data integrations with ESRI ArcGIS Enterprise technology is an asset.
  • Excellent leadership and relationship management skills with the ability to relate to others and provide support and mentoring.
  • Ability to establish positive working relationships with a broad variety of customers, internal team members, and external organizations.
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a changing environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff, stakeholders and external vendors and summarize complex/broad information for various audiences.
  • Ability to work independently or as a team player on assigned tasks, as required.
  • Established analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Ability to lead projects and team members under limited supervision.
  • Excellent organizational, time management and project management skills in a dynamic delivery environment.
