Description:

Job Requirements:

Update and maintain the Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) Framework and Standard, and establish procedures and guidelines as needed.
Develop, maintain partnerships with and provide training and expert support to help business functions and key stakeholders proactively identify, assess, and monitor Third-Party Risk
Ensure adherence and compliance to the TPRM Framework and Standard, by partnering with key stakeholders
Ensure Third-Party Risk and Operational Risk and Resilience requirements are implemented and monitored on a timely and comprehensive basis, ensuring compliance with regulatory (e.g. OSFI) risk management guidelines and internal risk appetite.
Support the development of and monitor the Third-Party key risk indicators (KRIs), setting quantitative and qualitative risk threshold limits and KRI benchmarking
Prepare reporting, and escalate issues and report to Senior Management, Governance and Risk Committees, on a timely basis

What We Are Looking For:

Broad knowledge of financial services/insurance business and related products
Minimum 10 years of experience in operational risk management or a highly related field such as audit, compliance, etc.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong influencing skills with the ability to build effective relationships, both within and across segments, functions and geographies
Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with ability to think strategically
Selfstarter with the ability to work with little guidance
University undergraduate degree with a relevant professional designation preferred
