Our Montreal location in Quebec, Canada is currently seeking talent to fill the position of Analyst, Accounts Receivable (Temporary 5 months).

Your challenges:
Your main responsibilities will include the following:
- Act as point of contact between clients and their accounts receivable with the company;
- Analyze the content of a customer account portfolio and make the necessary adjustments;
- Ensure that accounting transactions comply with the accounting rules and policies in place;
- Provide analyses and communicate results to internal and external stakeholders;
- Play an important role in meeting customer needs by working closely with the various relevant departments, including the Sales and Credit Department.
Your team:
Reporting to the Director, Commercial Finance, you will be part of a dynamic team that brings together several areas of expertise within the company and for which autonomy, continuous improvement and the search for optimal solutions are the main values.
Your profile:
- BAC in Business Administration Finance or Accounting options;
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience within a large company;
- 2 years of experience in customer service ("business to business").
Your skills:
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written) in both official languages;
- Knowledge of MS Excel and SAP.
- Good organizational and planning skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to handle several files at the same time, to work under pressure while delivering quality results and within the required deadlines;
- Ability to work in a team, to communicate with all organizational levels and to adapt to change;
- Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
