Working with Richardson opens the door to a world of possibility. We are currently recruiting for an HR Generalist located in our Winnipeg Head Office.

Responsibilities:

Support full cycle recruitment and the selection processes
Support the annual campus recruitment cycle and coordinate recruitment programs such as coop and summer student placements as well as graduate trainee programs
Support the business in the areas of disability management, performance management, employee relations, and interpretation of HR policies
Support the development and implementation of HR training, policies and programs
Train and support managers on HR processes and new initiatives
Participate in HR projects as assigned

Qualifications:

Minimum of two years' related HR experience
Completion of postsecondary education in Human Resource Management or related field preferred
Experience in fullcycle recruitment activities is required
Experience with disability management and employee relations is an asset
Demonstrated experience working on projects
Ability to present information and/or training to groups of various sizes; superior verbal and written communication skills
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within Canada
