We are currently seeking an experienced
Chef de Partie to join our team in the Food & Beverages industry.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting the team in maintaining high-quality culinary standards.

Working under the supervision of the Head Chef & Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen.

This position offers a great opportunity for growth and development within a dynamic team with a focus on BOH food & plating execution.


Responsibilities

  • Prepare and cook highquality dishes according to menu specifications and recipes.
  • Ensure all food produced is of the highest standard, and consistently meets our quality and presentation guidelines.
  • Supervise and assist in training junior kitchen staff, ensuring they are following the correct techniques and procedures.
  • Assist in menu planning and development, taking into consideration seasonal ingredients and customer preferences.
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with other members of the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours.
  • Monitor and manage food cost to keep it within budget, minimizing wastage and maximizing profitability.

Ensure compliance with all standardized recipes, plating standards & flavour profiles set out by BOH Leadership Team.

Requirements:


  • Proven experience working as a Chef de Partie in a reputable establishment.
  • Indepth knowledge of culinary techniques and best practices.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle pressure.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing and tasty dishes.
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$18.00-$21.00 per hour

  • Niagara Falls, ON L2G 3V5 (required)

Ability to Relocate:
