    Sommaire du poste


    • Répondre adéquatement aux demandes de renseignements des clients relatives aux commandes
    • Assurer un service courtois et rapide à tout moment;
    • Effectuer un suivi quotidien des commandes ouvertes en utilisant les tableaux de bord structurés ;
    • Collaborer avec les équipes opérationnelles, financières et logistiques afin assurer la mise à jour précise et instantanée (temps réel) sur les informations concernant les commandes. ,Préparer régulièrement rapport état commande informera-t-il toutes parties prenantes pertinente(s).Enfin,aussi améliorer compétences qualité/ excellence customer services .traitement document durablement progression problèmes exigeants Demande congruence claire tel analyse résultats collaboration/crise réponse
