Bio-K+ is hiring:

Reporting to the Supply Chain Director, the Warehouse Supervisor coordinates all activities and the team members engaged in the warehouse.

Key responsibilities:

Supervise team members to ensure efficient warehouse operations;
Oversee all warehouse activities (order preparation, inbound/outbound shipment scheduling) to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers;
Actively engaged to make sure that the Kerry current SOP's are followed;
Ensure that all GMP's, safety, HACCP, food safety and other company guidelines are followed;
Oversee inventory of raw material, packaging material, finished goods (fresh and capsule products) & indirect;
Responsible for inventory control (ie) cycle count, variances, adjustments;
Prepare various reports (ie) inventory levels, OTIF, etc.
Approve logistic expenses according to budget (vehicle maintenance, warehouse/logistics supplies);
Close collaboration with the supply chain team to maintain the required inventory levels and prevent OOS or disposals;
Actively participate to the audits and inspections;
Seek involvement in continuous improvement activities and processes to support organizational progress on safety, quality, customer service and cost goals;
Attend and participate to appropriate safety meetings, report any safety incidents/accidents by self or others, and understand, enforce and follow all company and plant safety policies and procedures;
Actively involved in the optimization of the warehouse/logistics activities, flows, processes, transportation, etc.;
Work closely with the transport planner & Kerry's trade team to ensure smooth import/export activities;
Oversee refrigerated units management to ensure timely and accurate delivery to customers;
Acts as a WM SAP super user for the warehouse team;
Develop and implement warehouse policies/procedures. Responsible of the training of the warehouse team and the new employees;
Oversee logistic equipment & delivery vehicle's maintenance;
Cross train employees within the department on all functions of the job;
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications and skills:

Bachelor in supply chain management, operations management, or any other relevant training;
Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision;
Excellent capacity to work in a complex environment and deal with ambiguity;
Motivated, demonstrated leadership, team player, with a strong desire to succeed;
Fluent in French and intermediate English (spoken and written);
Proactive, organized, takes the initiative and follows up with good interpersonal skills;
Excellent data analysis, presentation & report skills;
Great knowledge & ability to use the MS Office suite;
Experience using the enterprise system planner SAP (preferred).
