Main Responsibilities:


  • Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive network strategy & technology roadmap in collaboration with the team, along with policies and procedures, to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring the overall security posture of the network.
  • Lead the design, deployment, and maintenance of hybrid, cloud, and onpremises infrastructure, showcasing expertise in technologies such as Azure, Cloudflare, CyberArk, M365, Microsoft Azure Service Bus, and Microsoft Sentinel, among other relevant platforms.
  • Address and resolve support tickets as needed, maintaining a proactive approach to IT support.
  • Manage Firewalls and network filters across Enterprise, Stores, and cloud network.
  • Collaborate with the Cyber team on development of an innovative Cyber Security Framework, including comprehensive cybersecurity policies aligned with industry best practices (e.g., ISO 27000 series, CIS, NIST SP 80053/171, COBIT) and regulatory requirements.
  • Demonstrate profound knowledge of Networking Protocols/Concepts (Routing [OSPF, BGP], VLAN, Subnetting, Load balancing, TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, TLS, SSH), including SD-WAN.
  • Support and oversee sitetosite and remoteaccess VPN connectivity, as well as Network Access Control, including multifactor authentication.
  • Evaluate and select thirdparty vendors and service providers for IT solutions.
  • Implement best practices in cloud infrastructure, emphasizing Site Reliability, Observability, and Scalability.
  • Provide recommendations to the Director, IT & Infrastructure for the creation of professional development and training plans.
  • Contribute to assigned projects aimed at advancing partnership opportunities between the Network Security team and other business areas.
  • Engage with crossfunctional stakeholders to optimize the use of network infrastructure, tools, and platforms.
  • Grasp Cloud Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and implement tools to enhance cost transparency and accountability.
  • Identify and eliminate bottlenecks, proactively manage issues, and allocate support as necessary.
  • Work closely with the Director, IT & Infrastructure to maintain and update the technology roadmap.

Must Have Qualifications:


  • A minimum of 10 years of handson experience in Information Technology, with a dedicated focus on hybrid cloud and onpremises infrastructure.
  • A minimum of 5 years of handson experience in designing, implementing, and managing Azure networking solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of Azure Virtual Networks, ExpressRoute, VPN Gateway
  • A Minimum of 3years experience with Fortinet and Cisco Meraki
  • Proven expertlevel knowledge of Azure networking technologies, including but not limited to Azure Sentinel and Endpoint Services, Azure Load Balancer, Network Security Groups (NSGs), and Azure Application Gateway, with a focus on optimizing network performance and security.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex networking issues in Azure and onprem networks, utilizing diagnostic tools and logs, and implementing effective solutions to ensure the reliability and performance of all networks.
  • Expertlevel mastery of M365, CyberArk, and Cloudflare, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of these essential technologies.
  • Possession of at least one entrylevel vendor certification in the Network Security arena (e.g., Cisco CCNA/CCNP Security, Fortinet Certified Fundamentals) or equivalent handson experience.
  • Demonstrated excellence in interpersonal and leadership skills, fostering effective collaboration within diverse teams.
  • Proven track record of strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to present technical content in a clear and compelling manner.

Desired Qualifications:


  • Possession of relevant higherlevel certifications in Azure, Fortinet, Sentinel, M365, MCSE, and other key technologies, highlighting a commitment to staying current with industry best practices.
  • Proven experience in infrastructure support, troubleshooting, and system administration, showcasing a handson approach to maintaining operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with ITIL incident management, problem resolution, and change management, reflecting a strategic understanding of IT service delivery and continuous improvement.
