_Osgoode Properties Limited,_ a leader in property management, has an opening for a summer position for a
_Cleaner/Landscaper. _Reporting to the Building Manager, the Cleaner/Landscaper is responsible for completing all tasks to improve the reliability, safety, and cleanliness of the building. The Cleaner/Landscaper ensures work is completed on time, to high standards and all safety protocols are followed. A polished and professional approach to customer service is beneficial in maintaining Osgoode Properties' corporate image.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled in college or university program
Strong communications skills in English and/or French (bilingualism an asset)
Good customer service skills.
Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
Ability to work in an active environment and prioritize work accordingly.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Assist with daily litter picks, and disposal of garbage on the property.
Assist in maintaining the interior and exterior of the property, including but not limited to:
Painting, and garden beds (i.e., trimming, planting, weeding, and watering).
Assist in daily cleaning of common areas; including but not limited to:
Lobby/Entrances, Hallways/Landings, Stairwells, Laundry Room, Garbage Enclosures, Elevators, and Rental Office.
Dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, wiping of wall, light fixtures, emergency lights, fire extinguishers, etc.
Complete all work in a timely manner and to high standards.
Ability to lift to 50lbs.
Assist in performing other duties as assigned, by the Building Manager.

Health and Safety:

Safety footwear is always required, provided by employer.

This is a full-time summer position with an anticipated start date of spring of 2024.
