- Leads strategic planning process for value-added products and platforms by sector recommending advances in key areas.
- Ensures team follows consistent product lifecycle management processes annual business planning for all products services and platforms including e-commerce subscription e-reader app functionality.
- Leads business case development for investment in products services and platforms ensuring effective project management adherence to cost quality and time targets.
- Contributes to monthly reforecast and business analysis processes.
- Oversees annual product marketing plan input to Marketing implementation.
- Develops maintains relationships identifies opportunities with internal external contacts government academic industry leaders CSA committees.
- Safeguards CSA intellectual property through copyright licensing oversight.
- Provides leadership direction Inside Sales Customer Success teams ensuring sales policies procedures support commercial strategy.
- Ensures effective methodologies operating procedures tools resources for product management strategic sales functions.
- Maximize non-profit investments in education technology resources to promote standard adoption.

- Undergraduate University degree Business related field.
