Sales Development Representative

Your Mission
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for prospecting and identifying new sales opportunities for BluWave-ai. You will partner with Account Executives to help businesses understand the value of BluWave-ai.

We're growing our team which requires a "whatever it takes" attitude, a high sense of urgency and a passion for sales and pipeline development.

As an SDR at BluWave-ai, you will have the opportunity to co-pilot processes and build a sales pipeline of $5-million+ in annual recurring revenue.

Responsibilities

Identify growing companies that would value from BluWaveai.
Navigate through a conversation flow to uncover business needs, understand pains, and position BluWaveai as a valuebased ROI solution.
Maintain and update an accurate log of activity in our CRM system.
Provide feedback to others in the sales department related to information prospects share that could be helpful in advertising/marketing as well as our overall programs.

Requirements:

Experience in a general sales role OR a customer service, or customer facing role.
A high sense of urgency that can adapt and pivot in every conversation.
Strong communication skills to passionately and clearly articulate the value of BluWaveai a AI related solutions.
A teamplayer attitude with a desire to improve internal processes beyond your daytoday tasks.
A desire to learn, grow, and get in on the ground floor of a unicorn startup while launching your career in tech/AI sales.

Bonus Points

SaaS or B2B experience.
Experience with CRMs (customer relationship management, and SEPs (sales engagement platforms).
Demonstrate the ability to exceed impact & activity quotas.
Ability to work in fastpaced environments with continuous change.
