Responsibilities:


  • Develop detailed process maps of the Assembly and Machining Areas, capturing all steps, inputs, outputs, and decision points.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather necessary information and understand the processes in depth.
  • Identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement in the current processes.
  • Document and present findings to the Lean Six Sigma team and other stakeholders.
  • Assist in the implementation of process improvements.
  • Participate in Lean Six Sigma training and workshops.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Lean Six Sigma team.

Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program in Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with process mapping tools is a plus.
