Job Description:

As a Brand Ambassador for our Distillery, you will be representing our spirits, sodas and cocktails at the Farmer's Market in Edmonton.

You will play a crucial role in promoting our brand, engaging with customers, and driving sales. This position requires exceptional communication skills, an outgoing personality, and the ability to work independently.


Responsibilities:

• Promote and showcase our spirits, sodas and cocktails at the Farmer's Market.
• Educate customers about our distillery, spirits, and their unique qualities.
• Engage with potential customers, creating a positive and memorable experience.
• Conduct tastings and provide detailed information about our products.
• Answer customer questions, address concerns, and provide recommendations.
• Maintain a clean and organized booth, ensuring all products are displayed attractively.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with the management team for restocking.
• Track and report sales data, customer feedback, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional strategies.
• Represent our Distillery with professionalism, integrity, and enthusiasm.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or brand ambassador roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge and passion for spirits and the local distillery industry.
• Ability to work independently.
• Friendly, outgoing personality with a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Availability to work daytime shifts on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
• Must be of legal drinking age (18+).

Must have or able to get your Proserve Certification.
