Onkar Insurance is looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative/Sales Representative.

We are searching for a hard working, enthusiastic, professional who is looking for a career with a competitive salary plus commission and multiple bonus packages Punjabi/Hindi speaking an asset.

Job Duties:

Answer and transfer inbound calls
Greet and assist onsite clients and guests
Schedule and confirm appointments
Draft correspondences and other formal documents
Maintain organized filing systems physical and electronic
Perform other office tasks as needed

Qualifications/Skills:

Previous experience in administration or other related fields
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Customer Service experience an asset
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Sales experience an asset.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent

Salary:
$30,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Schedule:

8 hour shift
Day shift
Monday to Friday
Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

Bonus pay
Commission pay
