Responsibilities:


  • Develop and execute strategies to increase our customer base, sales, and profitability
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure targeted goals are achieved
  • Lead and manage daily operations, including scheduling, performance management, and quality control
  • Manage resources, budgets, and costeffectiveness to ensure efficient operations
  • Oversee staff training and development to maintain high performance and morale
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and health regulations

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial sales
  • Strong communication, leadership, and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure
  • Understanding of janitorial and maintenance services is an asset

Salary:
$45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
