Lake Country Co-op invites applications for the position of Part Time Hardware Clerk (Gas Bar focus) at our Home Centre location in Nipawin, SK .

Reporting to the Hardware Team Leader, responsibilities for this position include the following:
•Demonstrate the behaviors and actions to support Lake Country Co-operative's vision, mission, values, and safety principles to make a difference in members lives, with a strong customer focused approach
•Engage and interact with guests to create a positive shopping experience at all points of contact and through various communication channels
•Provide legendary pump island and in-store service; serve guests, dispense fuel and propane
•Perform receiving of merchandise, stocking, operation of point-of-sale systems, pricing, displaying, selling, conduct inventory counts
•Maintain cleanliness, rotation and order of merchandise and load products into customer vehicles as assigned
•Follow company policies and procedures related to complaints and warranty
•Practice and maintain safe procedures for the handling and stocking of merchandise
•Perform other duties as assigned

•You are well organized, capable of attaining a high level of production, with a minimum amount of supervision
•You are attentive to detail and have strong cash management skills
•You can fulfill physical job requirements – standing, working inside and outside, lifting 20 to 50 pounds
•You have point-of-sale experience and can work in a fast paced, guest facing environment
•You have a flexible work schedule including weekends and holidays
•Must be willing to obtain WHMIS, Propane Dispensing, and Serve It Right certification; possession of a valid PAL is an asset
