Administrative Assistant / Reception SupportWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role will support day-to-day administrative functions and, at times, provide reception coverage.

Key ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support to various departments
Handle reception duties as required (answering phones, greeting visitors, managing inquiries)
Prepare, edit, and manage documents, correspondence, and reports
Maintain accurate records and files with a high level of attention to detail
Support scheduling, coordination, and general office operations
Assist with ad hoc tasks as needed to keep the office running smoothly
Qualifications & Skills
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook required)
Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational ability
Professional, friendly demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently
Previous administrative or reception experience is an asset
Work Schedule
Multiple shifts available, including daytime roles and 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM shifts
