Description
We are looking for an experienced and strategic professional to take on this role as the General Manager.


However, you DO NOT need any experience with photography. We will teach you all of this in a very short time frame. The ONLY thing we're looking for is someone with previous mangerial experience and willing to work hard.

Qualifications:

  • Must have a car and be able to drive to all 3 locations (working at 2 or 3 of the locations each month)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful business growth strategies
Below are the responsibilities of this position. This is not a complete list, so there may be more duties. However, this will give you a good idea of what most of your work will consist of.


Responsibilities:


  • Going above and beyond to give great service to customers
- always looking for opportunities to improve the current way things are done.
- you are good at talking to people and selling.
- work in the business, but also watch for opportunities,

  • Maintaining operations: if something breaks at one studio, you will go there and fix it, making sure all systems are running smoothly. Optimize workflow processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Leadership: Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, expectations, and updates.
  • Employee management: creating schedules, dealing with employees and making sure employees they are happy, finding replacements for anyone who is sick and more.
  • Increasing sales: You are interested in tracking and improving sales. Testing new products, offers and sales processes.

Salary:
From $80,000.00 per year


Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay
