Siding Lead Installer /
Carpenter $28-35 + Gas Allowance + Bonus + Benefits

SilverLine Exteriors is a fast growing exterior renovation company. We are a preferred renovator for James Hardie products, and also own our own window manufacturing plant in Port Coquitlam

What You Will Do?
This is a hands-on position that is mainly outside that can include
- Demolition
- Papering
- Rainscreen
- Familiar with envelope details and flashing work
- Familiar with various siding installation vinyl, hardie, shingle, panels, soffit, trim work and etc.
- Post and beam wrap
- Caulking
Qualifications:
- Familiar with using power tools
- Fall protection knowledge, must be comfortable working on ladder planks, and scaffolding
- Strong work ethics, selfmotivator
- Must have valid driver's license and personal vehicle
- Minimum 2 year construction experience
Salary:
$30.00-$33.00 per hour
