About Us:
Position Summary:
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete vehicle checkin and checkout inspections
- Provide our customers with prompt and polite customer service in person, by phone and via multiple digital communication services.
- Schedule service appointments and enter required customer and vehicle data into our computer database.
- Assist with daily scheduling in order to improve workflow, customer turnaround time and quality of service.
- Liaise with technicians and transcribe notes in order to create estimates and communicate service/repair recommendations to customers
- Review with the customer loaner policies and warranty details
- Obtain preauthorization payments as necessary
- Monitor all repair orders from opening to closing and ensure that customers are updated on progress
- Process customer payments and enter daily transactions into our computer database.
- Review and monitor all appointment files, recommendations, scheduled maintenance, and check for previous service recommendations
- Followup with customers to ensure quality of service and customer satisfaction
- Assist Serevie team to proactively schedule service appointments through ongoing customer outreach
- Ensure reception and office area is kept tidy and comfortable for our customers.
- Provide assistance and other various administrative duties for staff and management
- Other duties as assigned by management

Experience:
- automotive service advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
