Role Summary
Cyderes is looking for a strong Financial Analyst to join our growing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in a rapidly expanding industry.

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for acting as a business partner working with stakeholders across the organization to "explain the story behind the numbers".

Reporting to the Director FP&A, the Financial Analyst will have wide exposure to various facets of the business and special projects across the organization, in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Primary Responsibilities

Key participant in the annual budget process and monthly/quarterly forecasts.
Provide analysis of performance versus plan, drivers of the differences vs. prior budgets/forecasts, and performance against current strategy
Lead meetings to present financial information in a manner clear to nonfinancial stakeholders
Create and distribute standard periodic internal reporting across the organization
Assist in the preparation of material for meetings with internal stakeholders
Administration of forecasting and budgeting software (Adaptive Insights)
Collect operational data and maintain data integrity
Assist in the execution of special projects within Finance

Desired Skills and Experience

High financial acumen with the ability to communicate/present clearly to nonfinancial stakeholders
12 years of relevant work experience in accounting/financial planning and analysis
Selfstarter with the ability to deliver high quality work with mínimal supervision
University Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
Experience with Adaptive Insights is a strong asset
