Role Summary
Cyderes is looking for a strong Financial Analyst to join our growing Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing company in a rapidly expanding industry.

The Financial Analyst will be responsible for acting as a business partner working with stakeholders across the organization to "explain the story behind the numbers".

Reporting to the Director FP&A, the Financial Analyst will have wide exposure to various facets of the business and special projects across the organization, in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Key participant in the annual budget process and monthly/quarterly forecasts.
  • Provide analysis of performance versus plan, drivers of the differences vs. prior budgets/forecasts, and performance against current strategy
  • Lead meetings to present financial information in a manner clear to nonfinancial stakeholders
  • Create and distribute standard periodic internal reporting across the organization
  • Assist in the preparation of material for meetings with internal stakeholders
  • Administration of forecasting and budgeting software (Adaptive Insights)
  • Collect operational data and maintain data integrity
  • Assist in the execution of special projects within Finance

Desired Skills and Experience

  • High financial acumen with the ability to communicate/present clearly to nonfinancial stakeholders
  • 12 years of relevant work experience in accounting/financial planning and analysis
  • Selfstarter with the ability to deliver high quality work with mínimal supervision
  • University Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
  • Experience with Adaptive Insights is a strong asset
