Job Description:

You will bring 1-2 years previous high volume full-cycle recruitment experience.

You will also posses a Post-Secondary Diploma (2 year or more) in Business Administration, Human Resources, Recruitment or a related field or approved equivalent combination of education and experience.

RPR designation is considered an asset.

This is a temporary position and is 100% remote. The term is 8 months, paid on an hourly basis. _
_The role will be on an averaging agreement. This will be a __9-on-4-off, 5-on-2-off, 4-on-4-off 80 hrs/week, 9 hour days, 4 week rotation_

What would you be doing?

Perform full cycle recruitment including completing resume screening and conducting interviews.
Book potential employees for all preemployment testing.
Source, build, and maintain great relationships with active and passive talent to build a talent pipeline.
Work and form relationships with internal management teams to know the ins and outs of their departments and better understand their hiring needs and job specifications.
Post job openings on company ATS & website, and approved job boards.
Maintain the integrity and accuracy of the applicant tracking system and keep the recruiting process moving along seamlessly.
Other job duties as assigned.

Does this sound like you?

Demonstrated relationship building through previous customer service interactions.
Experience recruiting technical specialists, field/trades personnel and/or professionals in multiple disciplines is considered an asset.
Demonstrated experience using various sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn and Indeed.
Familiarity with job boards, and HR software, databases, and applicant tracking systems is an asset.
Proven experience conducting various types of behavioral based interviews (inperson, phone, video, etc.).
Solid organizational skills, process oriented with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize time sensitive tasks.
Strong computer skills, excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
