Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to accelerate the continued development of our e-commerce platform.

The Product Manager will be responsible for managing a team of Product Owners, working with customers to understand requirements and product feedback, helping to craft the product vision and strategy, and working closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.


  • This role is fully remote, with a "home base" in Toronto, Ontario, and working EST hours._

What you will be doing:


  • Work with customers, industry experts and internal stakeholders to define our product strategy, vision, and roadmap
  • Deliver MRDs and BRDs with prioritized features and corresponding justification
  • Manage the strategic allocation of product roadmap budget
  • Closely collaborate with sales, presales teams, professional services teams, system architects, and development leadership
  • Become an internal expert on the product and competition, and keep up with trends, new technologies, and new processes
  • Helping improve our product management processes
What you bring to the table:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a Product Manager role
  • Experience with ROI, NPV, IRR calculation to inform product investment
  • Experience working in an Agile software development environment
  • Solutionoriented; Experience in identifying suitable solutions based on unique customer challenges
  • Exceptional presentation, facilitation, communication and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to effectively manage a team of product owners and a large network of internal and external business relationships
  • Passionate about working directly with customers and driving customer success
  • Experience managing eCommerce, retail, or supply chain software
  • Availability to attend annual industry and customer events (when safe to do so) is preferred
