About Liuyishou Hotpot:


Chongqing Liuyishou Hotpot was founded in 2000, which is a leading enterprise that specializes in managing hot pot chains and franchisees.

Liuyishou now has expanded its business to more than 1,200 overseas units all around the world.

In 2014, Liuyishou chose the greater Vancouver for our North America Head Office and opened our first restaurant in Richmond BC.

In 2015, Liuyishou International Management Company (Canada) Ltd. was established to operate Liuyishou Hot Pot Restaurants across North America.

Since then, we have directly managed a central kitchen and large-scale food processing factory, with over 20 restaurants and 500 employees in North America.


Responsibilities and Duties:


  • Ensure that excellent levels of service are being delivered to the guests during service;
  • Action guest concerns and compliments by praising staff and resolving complaints in a timely manner;
  • Coordinate Frontofhouse and backofhouse to complete business objectives;
  • Assist Restaurant General Manager with rolling out localized marketing campaigns;
  • Prepare training plan, conduct skills/competency;
  • Comply with Liuyishou rules and regulations;
  • Guarantee Reasonable shift schedule, allocation of tips, attendance, labor costs, and production efficiency;
  • Share food improvement suggestions, innovation of new items, and manage the return of food;
  • Check cleaning, equipment, fire extinguisher, attendance, process & service daily;
  • Handle and report emergencies in a timely manner;
  • Organize teambuilding events, e.g. Birthday parties, and monthly team gatherings;
  • Assist Restaurant General Manager with all aspects of restaurant operations;
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Minimum of 3year experience in serving, Chinese restaurant, Hot Pot, or Sichuan restaurant experience is preferred;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (both written and oral) in Mandarin and English;
  • Strong analytical/decisionmaking skills;
  • Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment;
  • With events/activities planning and paperwork skills are assets.
