- Programming and set up of wire EDM machines and programming of CNC milling centers by preparing various materials from drawings
- Perform PM's and repairs to Co -Extrusion dies and machines as required
- Verify conformance of components or tooling to specifications by checking dimensions, clearances and alignments, consistently working to close tolerances
- Operate a variety of machine tools to cut, mill, and grind or otherwise machine work piece to prescribed dimensions and finish
- Promote and comply with health, safety, and environmental standards, safe operating procedures, good housekeeping practices and the observance of protective equipment requirements at all times
- Any other reasonable duty required by Management
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years related experience, preferably in a tooling environment.
- Mathematical and mechanical aptitude
- Good communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
- Extrusion related tool and die making experience preferred
- Licensed Toolmaker, or completion of college level CNC and Wire EDM Programming
