Job Overview:
We are seeking a person with Canadian renovation experience.


Responsibilities:


  • Manage renovation projects from start to finish, ensuring quality workmanship and timely completion
  • Conduct construction estimating and budgeting for renovation projects
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met
  • Utilize Project Management tools like Bluebeam to track progress and communicate updates
  • Negotiate prices with vendors and contractors to secure the best deals
  • Oversee the build process, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and project specifications

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in renovation projects and construction estimating
  • Proficiency in Auto Cad, MicroSoft Project, Plan swift.
  • Familiarity with construction Divisions for cost estimation
  • Strong negotiation skills to secure competitive pricing for materials and services
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Salary:
$23.00-$27.00 per hour
