SUMMARY
In this position you will be reporting to the Technical Services Manager.

As the Technical Services and Maintenance Coordinator, you will be responsible for the procurement of parts and services for the Maintenance department.

You will also be responsible for monitoring the spending to ensure compliance with the budget.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Utilize SAP/SRM to procure parts and services for the department.

Track spending by monitoring the status of open POs via SAP

Ensure that the information is tracked effectively around POs, packing slips, service reports etc.

Invoice resolution to ensure vendor payments are processed without delay


Track status of all repairable assets including spare heads, attachments etc for the high speed and various other cells and also critical spare parts in-house and at the warehouse.

Manage all activities related to shipping and receiving parts for repair services

Track and manage Facilities and Maintenance expense budgets

Track and manage the Capital expense budget for the Oakville site and ensure accurate reporting to Finance monthly.

Provide support to Project leads for order placement and reporting of Capital spend-ing

Completion of APIS forms for Capital project closure

Complete security clearances for visitors and contractors

Other Administrative functions as required


Qualifications:


Certified Supply Chain Management Professional (CSCMP) or equivalent education and minimum of 5 years in the field of a Maintenance Coordinator.

In absence of a degree, 9 years of relevant experience is required

Strong organizational skills

Previous experience in purchasing spare parts and services

Strong skills in SAP or similar systems

Excellent communication skills

Strong skills in Microsoft Office Applications (Excel and Word)
