Green and Clean Home Solutions is a rapidly growing company in the Etobicoke and Mississauga area that specializes in providing interior and exterior painting/staining, window cleaning, eavestrough cleaning, and pressure washing.

• Joining and attending biweekly social events with different teams and divisions within G&C to further expand network and enjoy different events with colleagues.
• Be part of a growing entrepreneurial minded team. Work directly with successful managers and entrepreneurs within the contracting space.
• Opportunity for promotions into an estimator or sales associate supervisor. We often promote sales staff internally.
• Learn from some of the most successful and trained sales people who have been in the position before.
• Meeting and networking with successful clients & prospects from a variety of different industries.

• Canvassing neighbourhoods where the company has existing business to acquire new leads, through in depth sales training.
• Navigating company software to input potential client/prospect information.
• Generating leads and booking quote appointments in the field.
• Handling common objections present within specified areas to see where the company can assist in filling gaps in the market and provide service.
• Managing client inquiries and delivering print marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
• Working towards individual lead/appointment setting goals and contributing to the team's overall goals.
• Attending virtual biweekly meetings to review progress and plan for the upcoming week.
• Continuously seeking opportunities for growth and development within the company.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly and outgoing personality.
• Proven experience in sales or customer service.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
