The CCR (Customer Compliance Representative) team is a group which works with Bombardier's Manufacturing and Internal customer within all of Bombardier business sites.

Our ambition is to mobilize all impacted stakeholders internal and external toward a common strategy with a single objective:

to Assure Quality delivered Parts, improve internal & external supplier quality by reducing its impact on Bombardier business jets overall Defects.

Our processes to achieve our goals revolve around a continuous improvement mindset and the promotion of collaborative partnerships with our internal and external supply base.


In your role, you will:

  • Perform QMR quality management reviews, write reports, raise requests for internal / supplier action and follow up.
  • Perform onsite internal and external customer technical investigations at the manufacturing site.
  • Provides daily visibility on internal customer issues to quality and manufacturing team.
  • Technical investigation to assure concrete Liability
  • Establish Containment plan in Manufacturing (short term / long term).
  • On site visit at the internal customer manufacturing site.
  • Not limited to.

Qualifications

  • 5 years of comparable work experience in Aircraft manufacturing;
  • Project management skills;
  • Knowledge of quality management system
  • Change management skills;
  • Experience in problem resolution techniques;
  • Functionally bilingual, written and spoken (English and French);
  • Computer literate, and specifically well versed in Excel and PowerPoint

Also considered as assets:


  • Experience with SAP
  • Systems, process or product auditing;
  • Experience with supplier interventions Internal and external;
  • Work experience as a team lead with excellent negotiation skills
