The Role - Director of Customer Solutions
As the Director of Customer Solutions, you'll be at the forefront of rewiring an 850 billion dollar industry affected by modern privacy regulations and significant technology shifts (e.g., the deprecation of third-party cookies and MAIDs).
This role is not just strategic oversight; it demands a proactive, 'get-your-hands-dirty' approach, with direct involvement in all aspects of customer solutions.
Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, you'll be part a cross-disciplinary team, including members of Product, Customer Success, Engineering. You'll also work closely with senior sales leadership to ensure alignment and collaboration across these diverse areas.Your challenge will be not only to lead but to actively contribute to the product adoption process, oversee professional services, support sales efforts, and spearhead our customer success program.
A key responsibility will be to build the Customer Solutions program from the ground up, which includes developing processes and motions, and creating a hiring plan for future roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordination: Manage a crossdisciplinary team, ensuring collaboration and integration between different functions.
- Product Adoption: Engage handson with the Product team and clients to ensure successful product integration and adoption into client systems.
- Professional Services and
Solutions Architecture:
Lead by example in creating tailored solutions. This involves not only overseeing but actively participating in the design and integration of these bespoke solutions.
- Sales Support: Serve as a handson technical advisor for the sales team, engaging directly in responding to RFIs, conducting infosec and privacy assessments, and providing indepth product and solution details.
- Customer Success Program: Be actively involved in developing and executing the strategy for customer success, driving longterm client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Building Customer Solutions Program: Establish and refine the processes, motions, and structure of the Customer Solutions program, including future hiring plans.
Qualifications:
- Proven handson experience in a similar role, preferably in the adtech or SaaS industry.
- Strong technical background, including direct experience with advertising technology, privacy regulations, and systems integration.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to actively engage with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and directly contribute to a team.
- Strategic thinker with a handson, customercentric approach.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
