As ATB's next Workplace Technology Support Analyst, you will play a key role in shaping the future of work for ATB's team members. The physical workplace is evolving and technology plays a more central and leading role in equipping team members to work flexibly and in a hybrid environment.
You will contribute to developing and executing against a shared and collaboration technology strategy through:
- Collaborating with multiple technical and business stakeholders to build relationships, establish trust, and deliver valuedriven solutions on time and within budget
- Providing great enduser technology experiences through the process of troubleshooting Incidents, fulfilling Requests, and providing services to endusers
- Performing enduser testing of new technologies, contributing to and maintaining standards, accompanied by curating technical and enduser knowledge articles
- Maintaining the shared and collaboration technology lifecycle through participation in Hardware Asset Management best practices
Requirements:
Accreditations:
- Post secondary education in Business Administration, IT Systems, or equivalent experience
- ITIL V4 foundations
- Working knowledge supporting organizational hardware troubleshooting and lifecycle maintenance
- Minimum 3 years of relevant organizational IT support work experience

- Using a set of policies, processes and procedures for managing the implementation, improvement, and support of end user oriented IT services
- Hardware Asset Management
- Managing, distributing and maintaining end user hardware asset inventory
