Description
Minimum 1 year experience in accounting and administrative processes

  • Minimum 1 year experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Experience with full cycle bookkeeping/accounting
  • Proficiency with MS Office
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • Selfmotivated and willingness to take on tasks or projects
  • Experience with HR administration and payroll functions

Responsibilities:


  • Maintain account records for various corporations within our growing group
  • Manage A/P and A/R
  • Recording revenues
  • Monthly bank account & credit card reconciliation. Including tracking and collecting associated invoices / receipts from appropriate staff members.
  • Preparing payroll and source deductions, as well as Records of Employment as needed

Qualifications:


  • Experience with QuickBooks Online
  • Proficient in using MS Office
