Minimum 1 year experience in accounting and administrative processes- Minimum 1 year experience with QuickBooks Online
- Experience with full cycle bookkeeping/accounting
- Proficiency with MS Office
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Selfmotivated and willingness to take on tasks or projects
- Experience with HR administration and payroll functions
Responsibilities:
- Maintain account records for various corporations within our growing group
- Manage A/P and A/R
- Recording revenues
- Monthly bank account & credit card reconciliation. Including tracking and collecting associated invoices / receipts from appropriate staff members.
- Preparing payroll and source deductions, as well as Records of Employment as needed
Qualifications:
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
- Proficient in using MS Office
