Contract agreement
Contribute as a member of the Cardiology team
Aid in medical education initiatives with the patient
Obtain focused health history and physical examination as appropriate
Under the physician supervision deliver clinical services
Direct patient care involving communicating with patients over video or phone if needed
Review of medical reports, procedural clinical documentation using electronic medical record system
Formulate a treatment and management plan based on assessment and investigation results, availability of services and special needs of patient
Collecting and interpreting data about the health of patients and symptom management
Take on the responsibility of delivering comprehensive healthcare to diverse patient groups in Cardiology
Recognize suitable community resources and services for support and assistance
Encourage collaborative efforts among healthcare professionals to coordinate care plans effectively
Manage the processing, screening and analysis of laboratory, diagnostic tests and all Cardiology related reports
Excellent experience with MS Office (Microsoft Word and Excel)
Other duties assigned by the Physician depending on skill and clinic need
Being cognizant of Power of Attorney and Power of Health is crucial when engaging with other family members
Adhering to office health and safety, disinfection control, PPE and quality control when required
Ability to contribute to patient care with a focus on ensuring quality and safety
