Fundstream is currently looking for an IT Business Analyst to join its team. This is a permanent remote position; however, the person will have to attend in-person meetings at the office.

Your mission:

You will specialize in the design and implementation of IT projects, while working with various departments. You will analyze the company's models and data and provide recommendations to the team. You will also be responsible for writing functional documentation.

Reporting to the Vice President of IT, your responsabilities will be:

Evaluate existing business processes and propose innovative technology solutions;
Map operational and technical processes;
Oversee the development and ensure implementation of IT tools;
Continuously evaluate, analyze, and communicate system requirements to all relevant parties;
Create documentation on various projects and procedures and maintain system processes;
Manage projects from start to finish following the established project management cycle (agile model);
Coordinate with QA specialists the followup of the test plans and provide functional support to users;
Perform needs analysis and make recommendations;
Create reports and dashboards;
Organize and facilitate meetings with various departments;
Participate in various IT projects and initiatives.

Requirements:

Hold an undergraduate degree in a relevant field of specialization in computer science or information technology business analysis.
3 years of relevant experience in business analysis.
Bilingualism (French required, functional English).
Experience in generating documentation and reports on processes.
Knowledge of.

NET technologies and programming languages.
